PKR Bat Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Introduction

Welcome to PKR Bat. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and PKR Bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the PKR Bat website and all services accessible through it, including sports betting, live casino games, poker, and any other products we offer from time to time.

PKR Bat is an online betting and gaming platform designed and operated for Pakistani players. Our platform is accessible at pkrbat.click and operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions, balances, bets, and withdrawals on PKR Bat are denominated in PKR.

By accessing the PKR Bat platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an account, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a PKR Bat account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKR Bat operates strictly as an adult platform. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan with a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).
• You must be of sound mind and acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of any other person, company, or organisation.
• You must not be excluded from gambling — either by your own self-exclusion through PKR Bat's responsible gaming tools or by any external restriction.
• You must not hold an existing active PKR Bat account. Only one account per person is permitted on our platform.

PKR Bat reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point and to request supporting documentation. Providing false information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate account closure.

3 Account Registration

Registering on PKR Bat is free and requires a valid Pakistani mobile number. You will be asked to provide accurate personal information during registration including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, and your mobile number. This information is used to verify your identity and to process your transactions.

CNIC verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. PKR Bat may also request CNIC verification earlier — for example, if unusual activity is detected on your account, if your account balance exceeds certain thresholds, or as part of a routine compliance check. You must cooperate with verification requests promptly.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on PKR Bat. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, or CNIC numbers — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and balances may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.
• Winnings obtained through accounts that were registered with false or inaccurate information may be voided.

4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PKR Bat account credentials. This includes your password, your two-factor authentication settings, and any device on which you remain logged into the platform.

• Do not share your PKR Bat login details with anyone — including family members, friends, or anyone claiming to be PKR Bat staff. Our support team will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong, unique password for your PKR Bat account. Avoid using the same password on other websites or applications.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. This adds a second layer of protection that prevents unauthorised access even if your password is compromised.
• Log out of the PKR Bat platform when using a shared or public device.

PKR Bat is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at support@pkrbat.click. We will act promptly to secure the account and investigate the situation.

5 Deposits

All deposits to your PKR Bat account are made in Pakistani Rupees. The following payment methods are accepted on the platform:

• Easypaisa
• JazzCash
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• Bank Transfer (IBFT)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit on PKR Bat is Rs 500. There are no deposit fees charged by PKR Bat. Any charges applied by your payment provider are your responsibility. Deposits are credited to your PKR Bat balance automatically and typically reflect within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed.

All funds deposited must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment accounts belonging to another person, is not permitted. PKR Bat reserves the right to request evidence of ownership of any payment method used.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your PKR Bat balance are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. PKR Bat processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets in under 30 minutes on average. Bank transfers via IBFT typically clear within two to four hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• PKR Bat does not charge withdrawal fees. Your withdrawal amount is the amount you receive.
• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts registered in your own name, matching your verified CNIC details.
• CNIC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is released.
• PKR Bat reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.

Withdrawals are only available from funds that have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses. Bonus funds and bonus-related winnings are subject to the bonus terms and conditions stated at the time the bonus was claimed. Free balance (deposits and clean winnings) is available for withdrawal at any time subject to verification.

7 Betting Rules

Placing a bet on PKR Bat constitutes acceptance of the specific rules applicable to that bet type. General betting rules applicable across the platform include:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds may change before confirmation; you will be shown the updated odds and asked to confirm if this occurs.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed, except through specific cash-out functions where available.
• PKR Bat reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event where incorrect odds were published due to a technical error or human error, where the odds were clearly outside normal market range.
• Live in-play bets are subject to delays and may be rejected if the in-play situation changes before the bet is confirmed. PKR Bat is not responsible for connectivity issues that affect the receipt of your bet.
• Match and event results are determined by the relevant governing body. PKR Bat will settle bets in accordance with those official results.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Maximum win limits may apply on certain markets.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

PKR Bat offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion. The following general principles apply to all PKR Bat bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your PKR Bat account as bonus balance, separate from your real-money balance, until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. These requirements are clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per mobile number, and per CNIC. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times is prohibited.
• PKR Bat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice, and to void bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
• Bonus expiry dates apply. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the bonus expiry period result in the forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.

If you do not wish to receive a bonus, you can contact PKR Bat support before depositing and request that no bonus be applied to your account. Once a bonus has been claimed and wagering has commenced, it cannot be returned.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PKR Bat platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account on PKR Bat.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using a PKR Bat account registered in another person's name or on another person's behalf.
• Colluding with other players in poker or other multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the PKR Bat platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the platform for any other illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets on events where you have insider information or can influence the outcome.
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards PKR Bat staff or other players.

10 Responsible Gaming

PKR Bat is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal distress. The following tools are available to all PKR Bat account holders directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your PKR Bat account.
• Loss limits: Set limits on how much you can lose in a given period.
• Session time reminders: Receive alerts when you have been active on the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break from the platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age.
• Multiple account detection.

If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach of these Terms — for example, at your own request — any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, PKR Bat may withhold some or all of your balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

You may request the closure of your PKR Bat account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the PKR Bat platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, data, software, game interfaces, and the PKR Bat brand name — is owned by or licensed to PKR Bat and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or exploit any content from the PKR Bat platform without prior written permission. This includes the scraping of odds data, the reproduction of game interfaces, or the use of the PKR Bat name or logo in any commercial context.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights over PKR Bat intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the platform for personal betting and gaming purposes as set out in these Terms.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKR Bat's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• PKR Bat is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues on your side, or interruptions to the platform that are beyond our reasonable control.
• PKR Bat is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• PKR Bat is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by third-party data suppliers — for example, live match statistics displayed on the platform.
• In the event of a genuine platform error affecting a bet or game result, PKR Bat's liability is limited to the amount staked in the affected bet or game round.

Nothing in these Terms limits PKR Bat's liability for matters that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct on our part. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law.

14 Changes to These Terms

Continued use of the PKR Bat platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting our support team.
